IFE Examinations

Introduction

Welcome to the Branch IFE Examination pages. The Institution's examinations are held once a year worldwide, normally on the second Thursday and Friday in March. The IFE Examinations support candidates in gaining membership of IFE in the different grades. They are also recognised in many countries as showing academic attainment in Fire Engineering.

Deadlines

The deadline for submission of applications to sit 2006 examinations has now passed. No further bookings for the 2006 examinations will be accepted.

For those interested in participating in the IFE Examinations in 2007, booking forms and details of examination dates will be available from the website from August 2006.

Confirmation of Exam Booking

Acknowledgement letters are sent to all candidates following receipt of their application form.

Confirmation letters including information on the allocated examination centre will be posted to all candidates some 4 weeks before the examination.
